CBA provided full pre and post contract quantity surveying services on this new 120,000sq.ft. retail park in Glasgow for Ediston Real Estate. The works comprised 13 Nr. retail units and 2 Nr. drive thru’ kiosks together with car parking, service yards and the like.

CBA also assisted Ediston in the negotiation of various fit-out works to be carried out on behalf of incoming tenants including Aldi, Iceland and Home Bargains
