CBA are providing full QS services to Standard Life Investments on their ongoing alterations both internally and externally to the Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton. Externally the works include new modern shopfronts to the primary Western Road elevation and internal unit alterations are part of Standard Life’s ongoing asset management of the Centre to reflect current tenant demand. The centre and car park remain fully trading and operational throughout all the works.

Currently, CBA are looking at various unit reconfigurations involving major high street retailers as Standard Life Investments continue to strengthen the retail offering of the Centre.
