CBA have been appointed by Buttermarket Centre Ipswich (DTZi) to provide full Quantity Surveying services for further alterations to the Buttermarket Centre Ipswich.  The alterations involve the following:-

• Creation of double height shopfronts by removing high level planters.
• Reforming entrance, extending glazed roof over Mall.
• New floor finishes throughout Ground Floor.
• New lighting installations to Malls and Rotunda.
• Tiling/Upgrading Rotunda area.
• General redecoration.

Works are in progress and due to be completed mid-2020.
