CBA were retained by Moda Living when they purchased the undeveloped west section of Springside/Fountain North from Grosvenor.

CBA have now been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services on this phase of the development.

The project which will commence on site in January 2020, comprises the design, management and construction of 2 Residential Blocks and a Lower Ground Car Park to provide 337 No. new build PRS Residential Apartments along with Commercial and Amenity space, and high quality landscaped public areas.
