Following our involvement in Standard Life Investments flagship office development at 3-8 St Andrew Square CBA completed the refurbishment of their speculative office development at 1-2 St Andrew Square. The completion of this project means CBA have been involved in the complete south side of this prestigious location in Edinburgh for Standard Life.

The existing building was completely refurbished to create open plan offices around a new central atrium. The internal layout features renovated areas of the original brick and stone construction together with new exposed services to create a unique office space.

CBA provide both Employer’s Agent and QS services on this project.
