CBA were appointed as Tenant’s Representative by Startline Motor Finance plc to provide commercial expertise for their new offices at Skypark, Glasgow.  The works comprised the stripping out and amalgamation of two smaller units to create a larger office facility.  The fit out included both CAT A and CAT B works and provided a fully air conditioned open plan offices and cellular meeting rooms, toilet facilities, staff catering and break out area.

The works were completed in October 2018.
