CBA were appointed by Aberdeen Asset Management as quantity surveyors on the £19m refurbishment of 8 floors, 100,000sq.ft. of their office building in Bristol. Lawyers TLT currently occupy 6 floors within the existing 14 floor office block owned by AAM. The refurbishment works include stripping out existing CAT A and B fit-out of the floors currently occupied by TLT​, new CAT A and B fit-out works within the 6 floors to be refurbished plus 2 additional floors to be occupied by TLT​, construct new 15th floor of offices and fit-out for TLT client meeting rooms, staff facilities and the like​, refurbishment of common part toilets on all 8 floors​. The works are carried out on a carefully phased sequence using an empty floor of the building as decant space to allow one floor at a time to be refurbished.
