CBA were appointed by City & Pacific Ltd to provide quantity surveying services for refurbishment of this listed town house.

The property had been used as a multi tenanted office and was “tired” and in need of an upgrade.

The building was fully refurbished and works included new modern toilets and staff areas, refurbishment of the internal and external fabric, the introduction of a passenger lift and complete replacement of the M&E systems. The building has been successfully restored to its former grandeur befitting its location in Edinburgh’s prestigious Charlotte Square.
