Following on from providing Employer’s Agent and QS services for Standard Life on the redevelopment of 1-2 St. Andrew Square, CBA were delighted to assist Ediston Real Estate in their fit-out of the first floor for their new offices.

The design provides a flexible, collaborative and effective work space whilst retaining many of the unique characteristics of the base build refurbishment.

The tight programme required a negotiated procurement route with overlapping of design and construction the fit out took just seven weeks on site and was delivered on time and on budget.
