CBA were appointed to provide full Quantity Surveying Services for the refurbishment of this existing hotel to create a purpose built wedding venue.  The Works include the construction of a new banqueting room with feature external sweeping staircase that connects the ceremony room with a garden terrace and outdoor ceremony area.  The hotel, including all 19 rooms, are being refurbished.  The renovation works will see the creation of a bridal suite and bridal preparation areas.
