The refurbishment of Golf House is being undertaken out in two phases

The initial phase of the works focused on the bar, kitchen and staff areas.

The works included:- opening up the existing bar and conservatory areas to maximise the light and views over the loch; the provision to include a new bar and fully fitted kitchen with open pass and buffet; the construction of a new staff block and services courtyard which had to be blended into the golf course landscape

The second phase works included the refurbishment of the existing Pro-Shop, office space, ladies locker room and lounge areas, plus the construction of a new starters box and retail area.

CBA also undertook the refurbishment of the existing stables, washroom and Ivy Barn.  Works included replacing the roof to the stables, building a new reception area and fitting out of same.
