CBA were appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on this prestigious new build hotel project by Forrest Hotels Limited, which is situated on a prime development site overlooking the River Clyde at Finnieston Quay, Glasgow.​

The Radisson Red is the first new-build hotel of this brand in Europe and the iconic new building includes 174 bedrooms, the Red Sky Bar on the roof, a Red Face Gym, Ground Floor Front of House accommodation that includes Event Space, Restaurant and Bar facilities.  Works were completed in May 2018.​
