We are excited to see the transformation of one of St Andrews’ most iconic spaces into a vibrant new social hub. CBA is proud to have provided Quantity Surveying services for the redevelopment of the historic New Picture House. Blending heritage with modern leisure, the venue offers something for everyone — from pool, games, and cards in The Vault, to catching Champions League action on the big screen, or enjoying the latest films in the cinema.
