Exchange Place is a £50 million office development for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership on a gap site at the Fountainbridge / Exchange business district in Edinburgh.
The development consists of 3 separate open plan office buildings totaling nearly 300,000ft2 of Grade A space including common basement car parking and a landscaped piazza.
