CBA have been commissioned to provide Quantity Surveying services on the internal refurbishment of two significant office buildings in Glasgow’s international financial services district.
At Atlantic Quay 3, CBA were integral to the successful delivery of newly refurbished 80,000sqft of new Grade A office space. Works at Atlantic Quay are continuing with the refurbishment of Atlantic Quay 1, the project is on site and will bring a further 85,000sqft of newly refurbished Cat A office space to the Glasgow market, due for completion in Spring 2018 at a combined construction cost of £10m. The full refurbishment comprises works to the office space, landlords areas and reception along with replacing the building services in their entirety with a Nordic-inspired contemporary design featuring throughout, with flexible floor plates across all floors designed to accommodate a range of occupiers.
