CBA were commissioned to provide full quantity surveying services on the £22 million refurbishment and extension to the 254 bedroom five star Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh's west end.

The work will comprise the refurbishment of all bedrooms, public areas, leisure centre and creation of a new restaurant and public bar area.

Phase I works comprised of refurbishment of 84 bedrooms and external fabric repairs and have recently been completed. The works were procured on a competitive tender lump sum basis.
